This insight led him to establish Sterling Stratix, with a clear focus on delivering structured, reliable accounting support that integrates seamlessly as an extension of client teams. His approach is grounded in discipline, clarity, and a belief that strong processes are key to building scalable and dependable operations.
Outside of his professional journey, Pawan has been deeply passionate about football, playing as a goalkeeper for over a decade. He also enjoys exploring new places, finding value in new experiences and perspectives beyond his professional environment.
